Retail Request Form

Our store is open for in-person shopping! Come by any time during clinic hours to browse.

However, if you prefer to order ahead, just let us know what items are on your kitty’s wish list. Once your order is ready, we will call you to review the items, answer any questions, and take payment. Your store purchase will be ready for pick up within 3 hours of request. Orders placed after 3 p.m. Mon-Fri and after 1 p.m. Sat will be available the following business day. 

Requests are limited to stock on hand. Special orders are sometimes available.
